This six-week online course for beginners will cover the key techniques of digital music production, from audio and MIDI editing to recording, sound synthesis, and audio FX.

Who is the course for?

Whether you’re an aspiring songwriter, composer or producer, this course aims to develop the core foundation of skills and techniques needed to realise your creative ideas. The course is recommended for beginners.

What can I expect?

A combination of live demonstrations, lectures and supervised practical work covering the main areas of music production.

Do I need anything for the course?

• a copy of Logic Pro software (version 10.6 or higher)
• a Mac computer/laptop
• a MIDI-keyboard
• a pair of headphones
