A team of runners from The Stage has raised more than £3,600 for performing arts charity Acting for Others with a sponsored run.
Twelve runners took on 5k and 10k routes at Battersea Park in London on October 5.
Managing director at The Stage, Hugh Comerford, said: “The Stage run on Saturday was a great occasion, with a team of 12 runners taking part and many others turning up to show their support.
“We’d like to say a huge thank you to anyone who sponsored the event. The generosity and athleticism of The Stage runners was matched by the industry’s support for the idea.”
A total of more than £3,600 including gift aid was raised through a Virgin Money Giving fundraising page.
Acting for Others provides emotional and financial support to theatre workers in need through 15 individual member charities.
