Thriller Live extends West End run until 2020
Thriller Live has extended its run in the West End until April 2020.
The Michael Jackson tribute show has been playing since 2009 and will later this month become the 13th longest-running musical in the West End.
The show features music by Jackson and the Jackson Five, and runs at the Lyric Theatre.
Jackie, Marlon and Tito Jackson said of the extension: “Thriller Live is such a cool celebration of Michael’s music and the music of the Jackson Five we made together. We loved the show when we saw it, and fans in the audience were thrilled with the performances.
“It’s great they’ve extended their run so more fans can have an opportunity to dance to Michael’s music, the Jackson Five music, and to have a great night out.”
A UK tour of the show is also running this year, with dates until July.
Thriller Live is produced in the West End by Derek Nicol and Paul Walden for Flying Music.
