A Print & Digital subscription includes access to the Digital Edition and the website. You can access the Digital Edition here.
To login on The Stage website, use the email address associated with your subscription and use the ‘forgotten password’ link if you don’t recall your password.

Yes, The Stage makes a great gift for someone interested in or working in the performing arts.
You can purchase The Stage as a gift by using a different delivery address to the billing address when you purchase online here: www.thestage.co.uk/subscribe. Direct Debit payments are unavailable for gift subscriptions.

An email confirmation will be sent to you almost immediately after you place your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact subscriptions@thestage.co.uk.
The confirmation email will confirm the details of your subscription, the start and end dates, your subscription number and the address to which printed issues will be sent.

It can take up to 10 days for your first issue to arrive. You will be provided with the cover date of your start issue in your confirmation email. If you do not want your subscription to start immediately or wish to change the start issue specified in your confirmation email please contact us. No, we no longer offer new overseas print subscriptions as we don't think it's an environmentally sound thing to do.
The Digital Only subscription is the same price internationally as in the UK and is the best option for international readers.
Whether you are taking out a subscription for yourself or as a gift, we will send you an email reminder before the end of your subscription. Nothing will be sent to a gift recipient unless the subscription expires.
The vast majority of our subscriptions are on an auto-renew basis for your convenience. Unless you cancel your subscription in advance, it will renew automatically.
If you did not pay by credit card or direct debit, to renew simply purchase your subscription online at thestage.co.uk/subscribe and this will be associated with your current subscription.
Please note that the price of your subscription will rise from year to year unless you are on an auto-renew basis.

All the information you provide is encrypted using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line
Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our web pages.
You can cancel your subscription from the ‘My Account’ area of the website. Simply login and then click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.

Enter the email address you use to login to The Stage and global payment provider Stripe will send a link to your email address which will allow you to securely update your card details / add a new card.
If you wish to discuss changing your current subscription, please get in touch with a member of our subscriptions team at customerservice@thestage.co.uk and they will be able to discuss the available options with you.

You can find information on your subscription on any receipts that you will have received or by visiting MY ACCOUNT - SUBSCRIPTIONS.

If you have signed up for the newsletters but are not receiving them, please first check your junk or spam folder. If you are unable to find them try adding our domain to your safe-sender list @thestage.co.uk. You may need to ask your company's IT support team to whitelist our email domains.
After following those steps, if you still don’t receive any newsletters within 24 hours then you may have been unsubscribed from the mailing list. Please try opting in to the relevant newsletter(s) again via your The Stage Account page here.
Once you’ve opted in, The Stage daily newsletter should automatically start arriving on the next working day, but other newsletters you select may take up to one week to begin. If this isn’t the case, you can contact us to add you back onto the mailing list.
You can unsubscribe from any newsletters or marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email or via your Account page here when you login.
Details of your orders can be found on your Account page. Invoices/receipts are typically sent via email shortly after an order payment is collected.
