Once you have purchased a subscription you can then download The Stage App on your mobile or tablet device and log in with your The Stage email and password.

• Visit the App Store for iOS devices, Google Play for Android devices or the Amazon App Store.
• You can search ‘The Stage theatre news’ in the app store on your device
• Download the app for free

If you are a Print & Digital or Digital Only subscriber then you get unlimited access to The Stage App once you login.

• Download and open The Stage App
• On mobile, click on the three dots for the drop down menu next to The Stage logo, in the top right corner.
• Select the head symbol for 'My Account'
• Open ‘Existing Subscriptions’
• Enter the email address and password you use on The Stage website. If you cannot remember your password you can click on the link here: www.thestage.co.uk/password-reset

Alternatively you can click on any edition of The Stage and you will be asked to login.

Print Only & Web Only subscribers do not receive app access as part of their subscription.

If you are a Print & Digital or Digital Only subscriber then you get unlimited access to The Stage Digital Edition on a desktop

There is no need to delete an app if you no longer wish to receive push notifications. You can change your settings on your device to disable any/all notifications:

• Go to Settings on your device
• Open Notifications
• Select The Stage app
• Change your preferences as required

Select the article from the latest news or digital edition you would like to add to scrapbook

• Swipe down and click on the 3 dots in the right hand corner
• Select 'scrapbook', 'add to scrapbook'

If you'd like to scrapbook a PDF edition, download the edition and select the page of the paper you'd like to scrapbook

• Swipe down and click on the 3 dot on the right hand corner.
• Select 'scrapbook', 'add to scrapbook'

• Go to the Digital Editions page on the app
• On the dark teal top bar scroll across to the right
• Select ‘Downloaded’ – which is next to ‘Latest Stories’
• Find the edition you would like to remove from your sevice
• Press and hold the image and select 'Archive'
• Select 'Archive' again when prompted

If you are a Print Edition or Digital Edition subscriber then you get unlimited access to The Stage App once you login.

• Download and open The Stage App
• On mobile, click on the three dots for the drop down menu next to The Stage logo, in the top right corner.
• Select the head symbol for 'My Account'
• Open ‘Existing Subscriptions’
• Enter the email address and password you use on The Stage website. If you cannot remember your password you can click on the link here: www.thestage.co.uk/password-reset
• In the app click on Weekly Editions, select either Digital Editions or PDF edition.
• Editions are listed in chronological order, with the most recent edition at the top.
• Download the edition you would like to read.

Web Only subscribers do not receive app access as part of their subscription.

If you are a Print & Digital or Digital Only subscriber then you get unlimited access to The Stage App once you login.

You can check your subscription status if you log in on The Stage website and visit My Account www.thestage.co.uk/my-account

If you have an active Print & Digital or Digital Only subscription you should be able to login with this email address and access unlimited content.

If you cannot see your active subscription it may be attached to a different email address. Log out and try another of your email addresses.

If you have a Web Only or Print Only subscription this will not give you access to The Stage Digital Edition. For unlimited access to The Stage App and Digital Editions you will need to upgrade here: www.thestage.co.uk/subscribe

Your device has an older version of The Stage App and you need to download the latest version.

• Visit your App store and select the option to upgrade/download the latest version.

If you are not offered the option to upgrade you may need to delete and reinstall the app.

• On your home screen hold down the app icon for 3 seconds.
• You will be offered the option to delete the app.
• Delete the app
• Go to your app store and reinstall the app

This will not cost you additional money but will give you access to the latest version of the app.

You must have a Digital Edition subscription to get unlimited access to The Stage App which is where you'll find the crossword.

• Open the app and make sure you are logged in.
• Toggle to the 'Latest stories' section in the top menu
• Scroll down the page to the 'puzzles' section
• Click on the crossword or sudoku puzzle you would like to play

Puzzles are updated weekly so remember to check back to see the latest puzzle.
