
Zinnie Harris is an award‑winning playwright, screenwriter and director based in Edinburgh, where she is the associate artistic director at the Royal Lyceum Theatre and professor of playwriting and screenwriting at the University of St Andrews. She has been produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre, the Royal Court and on the West End. Her reimagining of Macbeth, Macbeth (an undoing), premiered at the Lyceum Theatre, and then toured to New York, where it was nominated for four Drama Desk awards, including outstanding adaptation.
