Instinctual Acting (iA) utilizes images, colours, sounds, and music from our daily lives to enhance performances. By embracing instinctual moments and trusting your judgment and instincts, you can access a new approach to acting. Drawing on your life experiences and senses in the present moment can lead to authentic and powerful performances. Trusting your gut reactions and bringing your stored instincts to your roles can lead to your best acting moments. Embrace the concept of instinctual acting to reach new heights in your performances.

iA is a student of the great acting teachers, from Stanislavski to Chekhov, Meisner to Uta Hagen, Lee Strasberg to Stella Adler and Harold Clurman. iA acknowledges their influences and contributions to the development of our teaching techniques.

After completing a 3-year training program with iA, you will be awarded a Diploma and have the opportunity to be featured on Spotlight.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that this year, we will be creating four short films showcasing the incredible talent of IA actors who will be credited on IMDb. In addition, we are assembling a top-notch professional crew to guarantee the production of the highest quality. This exciting opportunity will be invaluable for our actors, offering them the chance to grow and gain exposure as our films will be submitted to film festivals around the globe. Get ready for an amazing journey filled with creativity, passion, and endless possibilities!
