Stephen Arnell

With over 20 years in broadcasting, Stephen began his career in the BBC Research Department, prior to roles at independent research agencies, BBC Production and ITV, where he created, launched and ran both ITV3 and ITV4. He consults on broadcast strategy and programme/script development for clients both in the UK and further afield, and is an occasional producer and regular industry commentator.
