Jamie Hale is the Artistic and Executive Director of CRIPtic Arts, a pioneering disabled-led UK arts organisation, as well as being an an award-winning poet and playwright. They specialise in supporting and developing disabled people and disabled-led organisations in the cultural sector, from creative work to creative careers. Jamie also works as a consultant to cultural organisations, and the non-profit, third-sector, and local and national government across access, equity, people, policy and practice, and are one of the 10 most influential disabled people in performing arts, television and radio (Disability Power 100, 2024).
