Inbetweeners star to appear in Curve’s Abigail’s Party

Casting has been announced for Curve’s production of Abigail’s Party, which will include The Inbetweeners actor Emily Head as Angela.

Head, daughter of actor Anthony Head, is known for playing Carli in the E4 sitcom, and will star alongside Cary Crankson as Tony, Jackie Morrison as Sue, Patrick Moy as Laurence and Natalie Thomas as Beverley.

The production of Mike Leigh’s play will be Curve’s first to be staged in the round, and will be helmed by Suba Das, associate director at Curve.

It will be designed by David Woodhead, whose credits include Titanic at the Southwark Playhouse, with lighting design by David Holmes and sound by Ed Lewis.

It runs from October 17 to November 8, with press night on October 21.
