Poll: Have parental or caring responsibilities ever had a negative impact on your career?
This week, campaigning body Parents and Carers in Performing Arts released findings of a report into the challenges faced by people with caring responsibilities in the arts. It found that people with caring duties earn up to £3,000 less annually than their counterparts and are often forced to make a “career and salary sacrifice”.
