Poll: Is TV casting too predictable?

Actors have complained that too many TV dramas are making use of the same performers. At this year’s Equity conference, a motion was passed that will see broadcasters come under pressure to widen the casting net. Performer Stephanie Greer said she found it “dull” and “incredibly frustrating” to see the the same actors “in every drama programme I watch”. But what do you think? Is TV casting too predictable?
