Laura Linney’s performance in My Name Is Lucy Barton is to be released as an audiobook.
Penguin Random House Audio will release the audiobook on February 4, following the show’s arrival on Broadway.
Rona Munro’s stage adaptation of Elizabeth Strout’s novel premiered at the Bridge Theatre in London in 2018, and returned last year, with Linney starring in the one-woman play.
Hannah Telfer, managing director, audiences and audio at Penguin Random House UK, said: “We are passionate about bringing stories and experiences from across cultural mediums to new listeners through audio.
“My Name is Lucy Barton is an incredible story which has inspired a theatre production which we are now proud to transform into an audiobook.
“We look forward to exploring further collaborations across the creative industries.”
