Choreographers have launched a weekly timetable of free online dance classes for the duration of the Covid-19 lockdown period, with teachers including Drew McOnie.
Lindsay Atherton and Alex Christian, who co-founded choreography company Magnetic Movement, are behind the initiative, called Dance - Isolation Motivation.
They hope to help dance professionals and students maintain their training and fitness, and to help "uplift and motivate" dancers with a daily structure.
Other teachers for the classes, which will take place on Zoom, include principal of Pineapple Performing Arts Maggie Paterson, artistic director of Beyond Repair Dance Jane Coulston, and choreographer Tom Jackson Greaves.
Classes include tap dancing, ballet, pilates, jazz, theatrical movement and yoga.
Atherton and Christian said: "This timetable of free online classes is going to run for as long as lockdown is happening in order to keep the arts industry training, uplifted and connected during this uncertain time.
"Our aim for our timetable and team is to unite as many as possible, both professionals and theatre lovers, so that the arts continue to be the beacon of positivity and support that our society needs at this vulnerable time.
"These free online classes create daily structure and an optimism for the future that is helping to maintain mental welfare for those affected by the current climate."
