Giles Terera joins cast of Old Vic’s The American Clock

Hamilton star Giles Terera will join the cast of The American Clock at the Old Vic next year.

Terera, who won an Olivier award for playing Aaron Burr in the hip-hop musical, will appear alongside previously announced cast members Clare Burt, Golda Rosheuvel and Josie Walker.

The Arthur Miller is directed by Rachel Chavkin, who has also directed the National Theatre’s current musical Hadestown.

The company also includes Amber Aga, Paul Bentall, Abhin Galeya, John Marquez, Christian Patterson and Abdul Salis.

Set is by Chloe Lamford, with costumes by Rosie Elnile, lighting by Natasha Chivers, sound by Darron L West and music by Justin Ellington.

Choreography is by Ann Yee, musical direction by Jim Henson and casting by Jessica Ronane.

The American Clock runs at the Old Vic in London from February 4 to March 30, with press night on February 13.
