Austentatious extends West End run
Austentatious: The Improvised Jane Austen Novel is to extend its run in the West End.
Three further performances have been added at London’s Savoy Theatre on March 18, April 15 and May 20.
This follows two other West End shows, a fifth UK tour and a run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
The improvised comedy play is performed by Amy Cooke-Hodgson, Andrew Hunter Murray, Cariad Lloyd, Charlotte Gittins, Daniel Nils Roberts, Graham Dickson, Joseph Morpurgo and Rachel Parris.
Ed Bartlam of producer Underbelly Productions said: “The West End audience has gone positively wild for Austentatious, so it’s an absolute joy to extend the run with these three additional dates at the Savoy.
“It’s been one of the most successful and best-loved shows we’ve worked with at both the Edinburgh Fringe and Southbank Festival, and now London’s West End has joined the Austentatious fan club too.”
