Danny Dyer to star with Jo Brand in London run of Nativity
Danny Dyer and Jo Brand are to star in musical Nativity when it runs at the Eventim Apollo in London this December.
Dyer will play Hollywood Producer, with Brand as the Critic in the production, which runs from December 19 to 31.
Brand will also appear in the show when it runs at the Festival Theatre in Edinburgh, from November 28 to December 2.
They join the previously announced Simon Lipkin, Scott Garnham and Ashleigh Gray.
The musical is written and directed by Debbie Isitt, and has music and lyrics by Nick Ager and Isitt. David Woodhead is designing the production, which has choreography by Andrew Wright.
Lighting is by Tim Mitchell, with sound by Tom Marshall and orchestrations by George Dyer.
The show opens at the Belgrade Theatre in Coventry and will play at venues in Liverpool, Glasgow, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Edinburgh, Stoke and Oxford before its London run.
It is produced by Jamie Wilson, Entertainment One, Ramin Sabi and the Belgrade Theatre.
