Hayley Tamaddon to star in Thoroughly Modern Millie tour
Hayley Tamaddon is to star in a forthcoming tour of Thoroughly Modern Millie, which returns in 2018.
Tamaddon, best known for her role as Del Dingle in Emmerdale, will play the lead role in a new tour of the musical, which goes on the road again in 2018 following a tour in spring of this year.
It opens at the Richmond Theatre on March 27, before touring locations across the UK and Ireland until August 5.
The show has music by Jeanine Tesori, lyrics by Dick Scanlan and a book by Scanlan and Richard Morris.
Thoroughly Modern Millie is directed and choreographed by Racky Plews, with Rob Wicks as music director.
