Rodgers and Hammerstein musical State Fair is to be performed as a one-off concert with the London Musical Theatre Orchestra.

West End performers confirmed to take part in the show include Wendi Peters and Emma Hatton, as well as Richard Fleeshman, Oliver Savile and Celinde Schoenmaker. Thom Southerland will direct.

The concert, at Cadogan Hall in London, will be the first time the score has been performed in the UK since State Fair was produced by the Finborough Theatre in 2010.

It will be performed by the 32-piece London Musical Theatre Orchestra, in the group’s first full-scale public show since its inaugural gala in June.

The concert will take place on November 6.
