Penelope Wilton will return to the West End stage for the first time in five years when she appears in the London transfer of Taken at Midnight.
The play, by Mark Hayhurst, is currently running at Chichester Festival Theatre but will transfer to the Theatre Royal Haymarket from January 15. Press night is January 26.
Directed by Jonathan Church, the cast also includes Pip Donaghy, Martin Hutson and Allan Corduner. Wilton last appeared in the West End in the 2009 production of Hamlet, starring Jude Law.
Taken at Midnight has design by Robert Jones, lighting by Tim Mitchell, sound design by Mike Walker and music by Matthew Scott.
It is produced in the West End by Mark Goucher, Laurence Myers, CFT Enterprises and TRH Productions.
