James Quaife to join English Touring Theatre
English Touring Theatre has announced that James Quaife will be joining the company as producer.
He will work alongside ETT’s director, Rachel Tackley, as well as executive producer Jane Claire and producer Caroline Dyott.
Quaife, who begins his role immediately, will oversee ETT’s co-production of Arcadia, with Ambassador Theatre Group, as part of his remit.
Tackley said: “Of course we are all over the moon to be working with James, his skills and experience are a huge asset to the company. We have exciting plans for the coming years and can’t wait to get started.”
Quaife’s recent productions include Next Fall at the Southwark Playhouse and Good People at the Noel Coward Theatre.
He was awarded a Stage One producer’s bursary for his production of Step 9 (of 12) in 2012, and a Stage One start up fund for the West End production of Barking in Essex, which ran at Wyndham’s Theatre in 2013.
Quaife said: “I’m delighted and honoured to be joining the superb team at English Touring Theatre as producer. ETT is one of the UK’s most successful and exciting production companies and I am thrilled to be working with them.”
