Darren Day and Oliver Tompsett will lead the cast of White Christmas at West Yorkshire Playhouse later this year.

Day and Tompsett will star as Bob Wallace and Phil Davis respectively, and will be joined by Helen Anker and Holly Dale Spencer, alongside a 13-strong supporting cast.

It will be the first major UK production of Irving Berlin’s musical and will take place in WYP’s Quarry Theatre.

White Christmas will be choreographed by Nick Winston with a newly orchestrated score by Jason Carr, which will be performed by a seven-piece onstage band. Design will be by Matthew Wright.

The cast also includes Melanie La Barrie, Andrew Jarvis, James Darch, Kirby Hughes, Lucy Williamson, Michelle White, Moyo Akande, Robbie Boyle, Samuel Holmes, Sion Tudor Owen, Frankie Jenna, Simon Anthony and Matthew Hawksley.

White Christmas is presented in special arrangement with R and H Theatricals Europe.
