West End transfer for The Full Monty
Sheffield Theatres’ production of The Full Monty will transfer to the West End next year.
It will run at the Noel Coward Theatre from February 20 to June 14, 2014.
Directed by Sheffield Theatres’ artistic director Daniel Evans, the play is written by Simon Beaufoy, who has adapted his own film for the stage.
The show features songs from Donna Summer, Hot Chocolate and Tom Jones, which appear in the film.
The Full Monty opened at the Lyceum Theatre in Sheffield on February 18. It is currently touring the UK tour until May 18.
Design is by Robert Jones, choreography is by Steven Hoggett and lighting is by Tim Lutkin The show has music and sound by Ben and Max Ringham.
The Full Monty is a co-production between Sheffield Theatres and David Pugh and Dafydd Rogers.
