Lucy Kirkwood’s Chimerica to transfer to West End

Almeida Theatre and Headlong’s co-production of Chimerica by Lucy Kirkwood is to transfer to the Harold Pinter Theatre in London this summer.

The show, which is directed by Lyndsey Turner, will run in the West End from August 6 to October 19.

Actors Stephen Campbell Moore, Benedict Wong, and Claudie Blakley are among the cast members reprising their roles. Full casting has yet to be announced.

Design is by Es Devlin with costumes by Christina Cunningham and lighting by Tim Lutkin. Sound is by Carolyn Downing and video design by Finn Ross.

Kirkwood’s recent work includes NSFW, which opened at the London’s Royal Court Theatre in 2012, directed by Simon Godwin.

Chimerica is being produced in the West End by Sonia Friedman Productions, Bob Bartner and Norman Tulchin and Jean Doumanian.
