West End braced for Billy Joel hits show
Billy Joel’s hits will be coming to the London stage in March, in a Tony award-winning musical that has grossed more than $100 million in its three years on Broadway.
Movin’ Out is directed and choreographed by the double Emmy award-winning Twyla Tharp. The show includes 24 of Joel’s songs, including famous tracks such as Uptown Girl and She’s Got a Way, played by a ten-piece rock band, which features onstage as part of the act.
Produced by IP Live plc, the dance show will be previewing from March 28 at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in London.
