Graeme leads the organisations creative strategy, programming, and work with artists, communities, and young people. He is passionate about storytelling and Immersive Technology, inviting people to find their creative voice, to fire their imaginations in a creative home for everyone. WMC are designing a new building which will support this and provide a new production hub to serve the Centre and Wales.

Since joining in 2014, Graeme has reshaped the Centre as both a producer and presenter. Notable productions include City of the Unexpected, Llais Festival, The Boy with Two Hearts, and Nye with the National Theatre, starring Michael Sheen.
