Archer Street’s Got Talent – the talent competition attracting industry buzz
Who is going to be the winner in 2017, and walk away with the incredible £3,000 cash prize, plus an amazing media package? Could it be you? Could you further your career with the aid of the PR and online support that come as part of this sensational prize?
Archer Street’s Got Talent is well-known and recognised for producing incredible talent, and therefore is always well attended by talent scouts from all areas of the music industry. Last year, it was the unique voice of Alex Bay (brother of pop sensation James Bay) that won the hearts and ears of the judges and walked away with the amazing cash prize.
Previous contestants also had the opportunity to be put straight through to scouted auditions for both the The X Factor and The Voice – contestant Kerrianne Covell made it to judges houses on The X Factor, while Rozzy Turner and Deano Boroczky made it through to Will.i.am and Paloma Faith’s teams on The Voice.

Each week established representatives from the world of pop music, musical theatre, and television make up the elite judging panel – along with a guest celebrity. Previous celebrity judges have included, among others, Piers Morgan, Michael Ball, Jamal Edwards and Michelle Collins.
Siobhan MaGill is the founder of Archer Street and Freedom, in Wardour Street, two of Soho’s most successful bars. Siobhan had a vision to bring live musical performances into her bars to offer known and unknown artists a platform to perform. Her staff at Archer Street comprise singers from some of the top West End shows, including Kinky Boots, Miss Saigon and The Book of Mormon.

AGST starts from 21st February, 2017 and runs every Tuesday until the final on 18th April, 2017.
January 23rd, 2017 is the closing date for all applications. Entrants need to be available to attend the auditions, one of the heats, possibly the wild card week and if successful, the final.
Dates in 2017 are as follows
Auditions: January 30, February 1 (10am to 6pm)
Heats: February 21, 28; March 7, 14, 21, 28; April 4 (6pm to 10.30pm)
Wild card: April 11 (6pm to 10.30pm)
Final: April 18 (6pm to 10.30pm)
Any applicants who are already under a performance contract, or who have worked or currently work for Archer Street are not eligible to enter the competition.
