A purpose-built studio for circus, aerial, theatre and dance, suitable for a variety of activities such as: auditions, rehearsals, launch events, castings, photo shoots, workshops and private events.

The studio is conveniently located five minutes walk from Peckham Rye station - 13 minutes on the train from London Bridge mainline station and on four train lines connecting across London.

The main studio (studio 1) is fully rigged with multiple rigging points as well as x12 floor points to accommodate whatever rigging set up is required.

There is also an adjoining studio (studio 2), which has its own heating and cooling, adjustable lighting as well as a fridge, tea/coffee facilities and sink.

The studio has fully adjustable lighting and comfort control, and can be easily adapted to full or semi blackout.

10 rows of 30cm x 30cm truss, each capable of supporting aerial performers

15 pulley points rigged with a 3:1 pulley system using 11mm Beal Intervention rope

12 Floor points available, each rated to a WLL of 2.5T

Studio 2: Light blue Gerfloor Evolution dance floor

Front door access through standard width door (95cm x 215cm)

Rear door access also available - wider doors (110cm x 200cm)

Loading and unloading access available. (Parking limited to 90 minutes per visit).

Flying Fantastic Peckham is just 5 minutes walk from Peckham Rye train station (Served by trains running on Thameslink, Southeastern, Southern and South London Line services).

It is also well served with buses running regularly from Brockley, Dulwich, Nunhead, New Cross, Brixton, Oval, Elephant & Castle & Victoria, Clapham and London Bridge - as well as other major destinations.
