Lyric Hammersmith Theatre

The Lyric Hammersmith Theatre is not your average rehearsal space. Our range of multi-art facilities are nestled within our beautiful Matcham theatre, just a two-minute walk from Hammersmith Tube station (Zone 2, 20 minutes from the West End).

We have six spaces in a range of sizes suitable for rehearsals, workshops, auditions, dance calls, readings, conferences, film & photography shoots, presentations, press conferences and performances. 

We also have additional spaces such as a recording studio, music practice rooms, and meeting suites which can be booked in addition or separate to your rehearsal room needs. 

 Additionally, we offer long-term office spaces for arts organisations.

All companies hiring spaces can access our goods lift, receive a 20% discount at our bar and roof terrace, furniture access and the ability to hire any available on-site equipment.
