Crystal Nicholls has been a performer for over ten years, working across stage and screen. She spent six years at the Lyceum Theatre in the West End production of The Lion King. Crystal is now a health and performance coach who works with West End performers to help them master the tools they need to thrive on and off stage. She’s currently working with dancers in Matthew Bourne’s New Adventures, and is a member of Applause For Thought where she delivers regular mental health and wellbeing sessions to support various West End companies.
