Jason Donovan to star in tour of Priscilla musical

Jason Donovan will reprise the role of Tick in a touring production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert next year.

The musical, which will also star Richard Grieve and Graham Weaver, will open at the Manchester Opera House on February 9, 2013.

It will run there until February 23, before touring to Oxford, Edinburgh, Wimbledon, Birmingham, Sunderland, Bristol and Torquay.

Donovan played the role of Tick when the show originally opened in London at the Palace Theatre.

The tour is produced by David Ian Productions and Ambassador Theatre Group.
