West End Death and the Maiden to close early

The West End revival of Ariel Dorfman’s Death and the Maiden, starring Thandie Newton, has posted early closing notices at the Harold Pinter Theatre.

The production, which opened on October 24 to lukewarm reviews, will now close three weeks early on December 31. It had previously been booking until January 21, 2012.

It is directed by Jeremy Herrin and produced by Creative Management and Productions and Lyndi Adler.
