Kerry Ellis and Timothy Sheader are to judge the The Stephen Sondheim Society Student Performer of the Year Competition in the West End next month.

The event will be held at the Queen’s Theatre on May 22. It will be hosted by Haydn Gwynne and name the society’s student performer of the year as well as the Stiles and Drewe Best New Song.
Judges for the student award include The Independent arts critic Edward Seckerson, alongside Ellis and Sheader. Meanwhile, the gong for best new song will be judged and awarded by the composer and lyricist team of George Stiles and Anthony Drewe.
