The Theatre Royal Bath’s production of Mrs Warren’s Profession, starring Felicity Kendal, is set to transfer to the West End next spring.

The George Bernard Shaw play, directed by the Tony Award-winning Michael Rudman, will open at the Comedy Theatre on March 16 for a 14-week run.
Kendal stars in the title role of Mrs Warren alongside Lucy Briggs-Owen, who plays her prim young daughter Vivie. Mark Tandy, David Yelland, Eric Carte and Max Bennett complete the cast.
Kendal is best known for a roles in long-television shows including The Good Life, Solo, The Mistress and Rosemary and Thyme.
Her recent stage performances include Happy Days in 2003, Amy’s View in 2006 and The Vortex in 2008, all of which were directed by Peter Hall. She was most recently seen in Simon Gray’s The Last Cigarette, directed by Richard Eyre.
