Dreyfus to join cast of Breakfast at Tiffany’s

Olivier Award-winning actor James Dreyfus is to join Anna Friel and Joseph Cross in the Theatre Royal Haymarket’s production of Breakfast at Tiffany’s this autumn.

Dreyfus’ recent theatrical credits include Amongst Friends at the Hampstead Theatre and The Common Pursuit at the Menier Chocolate Factory. The RADA trained performer is best known for playing Tom Farrell in the BBC television comedy Gimme Gimme Gimme. His film credits include Notting Hill and Fat Slags.

Also joining the cast are actors Suzanne Bertish, whose West End credits include An Inspector Calls and The Vagina Monologues, Dermot Crowley, who last appeared on the UK stage as Donald Rumsfeld in Stuff Happens at the National Theatre, and John Ramm, who has worked with the Royal Shakespeare Company and Crucible Theatre Sheffield.

Breakfast at Tiffany’s is directed by Sean Mathias and produced by Colin Ingram. It will run from September 9 to January 9, 2010.
