Danny Dyer to play Sex Pistol in Kurt & Sid at Trafalgar Studios

Danny Dyer is to star as Sex Pistols bassist Sid Vicious in Kurt & Sid at the Trafalgar Studios this September.

The new play by Roy Smiles imagines a meeting between Vicious and Kurt Cobain, the former Nirvana front man, who will be played by Shaun Evans.

Directed by Tim Stark, the show will run in Trafalgar Studios 2 from September 9 to October 3, with press night on September 14.

It is produced by Andrew Jenkins and Thomas Hopkins for Surefire Theatrical.
