Qdos takes up Dirty Dusting

Published Tuesday 25 May 2004 at 11:10 by Ruth Gillespie

Qdos Entertainment has signed Dirty Dusting, a play by Ed Waugh and Trevor Wood, for a UK tour starting in spring 2005.

The show premiered in February 2003 as part of an annual drama festival showcasing local writers at the Custom House in South Shields before moving to the Theatre Royal in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. It will return to the Theatre Royal for seven performances from June 15-19.

Wood said: “We are delighted to have Qdos behind us and expect that it will be easier to secure the bigger venues now. We hope to begin our UK tour in Scotland in early spring next year.”
