Four CBBC programmes will battle it out to be crowned best drama at this year’s Bafta Children’s Awards.
The children’s Baftas acknowledge the best in children’s productions in film, television and online, and this year will see CBBC dramas The Revenge Files of Alistair Fury, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Summerhill and Young Dracula compete in the drama category.
In the entertainment section, sketch show Sorry, I’ve Got No Head, which is made by Graham Norton’s So Television for CBBC, will compete with Basil’s Swap Shop, Hedz and art show Smart.
Elsewhere, actor Eliot Otis Brown-Walters, who appeared in CBBC’s Summerhill, has been nominated in the break-through talent category, opposite performer Brad Kavanagh and film maker Josh Alward.
Channel of the year nominees include CBBC, CBeebies and Nickelodeon UK.
The Bafta children’s awards will be held on November 30.
