There will be a limited number of Playhouse Advance tickets for most shows at reduced prices. A new membership scheme has also been set up, offering further discounts to those who sign up to the venue’s My Playhouse deal.

Shows coming up at the Leeds venue include WYP’s in-house production of a musical adaptation of Animal Farm from October 18 and co-productions with Birmingham Repertory Theatre Company. These include Privates On Parade which starts on September 15 and Peter Pan, opening on November 22.

This autumn the playhouse will also host a number of visiting productions, such as the Northern Ballet Theatre’s A Tale of Two Cities and the National Theatre’s Waves, adapted from the novel by Virginia Woolf.
