Shaw’s a sure thing for Chicago

Suzanne Shaw - winner of the recent ITV series Dancing on Ice - is to appear in West End show Chicago as Roxie Hart.

Shaw, a former member of pop group Hear’Say, has previously featured in The Bill, City Central and Holby City. She will appear for six weeks from June 2, finishing her run on July 12.

Chicago is playing at the Cambridge Theatre, where it recently celebrated its tenth anniversary. The production currently features Birgitte Hjort Sorensen as Roxie Hart, Rachel McDowall as Velma Kelly, Terence Maynard as Billy Flynn, Paul Rider as Amos Hart and Claudia Shear as Mama Morton.
