Bartlett joins ITV’s global content division

Published Monday 17 March 2008 at 17:20 by Matthew Hemley

ITV has appointed Fox Broadcasting executive Lee Bartlett as chief operating officer of its global content division.

Working closely with the division’s managing director, Dawn Airey, Bartlett will have particular responsibility for ITV Productions and ITV Worldwide.

Airey said: “Lee has great experience in the international TV, film and content market and he will be key in helping deliver real 360 degree value to some of our biggest content properties.

Bartlett, who is currently executive vice president of business affairs at Fox, added: “Given the globalisation of the television business and the growing importance of the internet and other new forms of program delivery that know no real country boundaries, I feel very fortunate that Dawn has given me the opportunity to broaden my career with this position at ITV.”
