Former Emmerdale actress Amy Nuttall is to take over the role of Gloria from Tamzin Outhwaite in the West End production of Boeing-Boeing next month.
From May 14, she will join Matthew Warchus’ show, alongside Patricia Hodge, who was earlier this week announced to replace Frances de la Tour as Bertha from April 30. The play has now extended its run until October.
Translated by Beverley Cross from Mark Camoletti’s original, the production opened at the Comedy Theatre in February. It is designed by Rob Howell, with lighting by Hugh Vanstone, original music by Claire van Kampen and sound by Simon Baker. The curtain call is devised by Bruno Tonioli. The show is produced in the West End by Sonia Friedman Productions, Act Productions, Matthew Byam Shaw, Robert G Bartner and Bob Boyett.
