Entitled The Yellow House, the 75-minute piece looks at the relationship between Van Gogh and Paul Gauguin, who will be played by Bleak House star John Lynch.

The artists shared a house in southern France during November and December 1888, and the piece will look at the intense nature of their friendship and its impact on their now world famous and multi-million pound work.

The cast includes Sarah Smart and Clive Russell and has been penned by Simon Bent.

Chris Durlacher is producing and directing the production, which is being made by Talkback Thames.
