Kristin Davis joins star-studded Exonerated at Riverside Studios

Sex and the City actress Kristin Davis will join a host of other big name stars in the forthcoming production of The Exonerated at the Riverside Studios in London.

Featuring alongside Davis, who played Charlotte in the hit TV series will be Stockard Channing from The West Wing, Lethal Weapon star Danny Glover, Star Trek actress Kate Mulgrew, Hollywood actors Richard Dreyfuss and Aidan Quinn, as well as British comedian Catherine Tate.

The show, which tells the story of wrongfully imprisoned inmates on death row and is based on interviews with 40 such prisoners, will open on February 24, with previews from February 21, and will run for 16 weeks. It is written by Jessica Blank and Erik Jensen.

More famous names are expected to be announced shortly. A number of high-profile guest performers have played leading roles in the show’s New York outing. They ranged from Hollywood stars Robin Williams, Mia Farrow, Matt Dillon, Lynn Redgrave, Debra Winger, Jeff Goldblum, Kathleen Turner, Gabriel Byrne and Brooke Shields, to singers Mary J Blige, Alanis Morissette and Steve Earle.
