Nominations for the Outstanding Customer Service Award 2013, taking place at the Society of Box Office Managers awards ceremony, have been opened to the public.
The accolade is being sponsored by the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers and is intended to recognise the best customer service shown by venues across the UK.
Voters can nominate organisations or individual members and should include examples of how they have gone “above and beyond” to help customers.
The SOBOMs will take place in February at the Floridita restaurant in Soho, London.
Last year’s joint winners were the Society of London Theatre’s TKTS ticket booth in Leicester Square and Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre.

The closing date for nominations is February 3.
