The National Theatre’s The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time will transfer to London’s Apollo Theatre next spring.
Original cast member Luke Treadaway will reprise his lead role as Christopher Boone.
Also returning will be actors Matthew Barker, Niamh Cusack, Sophie Duval, Rhiannon Harper-Rafferty, Nick Sidi and Howard Ward, with further casting to be announced.
The production is directed by Marianne Elliott and adapted for the stage by Simon Stephens, based on Mark Haddon’s 2003 novel of the same name.
It will run from March 1 to May 25, 2013 with press night on March 12.
Design is by Bunny Christie, with lighting by Paule Constable and video design by Finn Ross. Movement is by Scott Graham and Steven Hoggett for Frantic Assembly.
Meanwhile music is by Adrian Sutton and sound by Ian Dickinson. The show is produced by the National Theatre.
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time originally ran at the National’s Cottesloe Theatre this summer.
