Andrew Lloyd Webber unveils Jesus Christ Superstar app ahead of TV talent search
The Really Useful Group has launched a mobile app to accompany the upcoming arena tour of Jesus Christ Superstar and TV talent show Superstar, which launches this evening.
The new app will be available for iPhones and iPads and will feature a social media portal during the TV show and the tour, live backstage news, the history of the show, links to downloads of the TV contestants’ performances and a bonus track.
Superstar will see contestants competing to win the role of Jesus in the UK arena tour of the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical this autumn. Lloyd Webber, Dawn French and Jason Donovan make up the judging panel.
Jesus Christ Superstar opens at the O2 Arena in London on September 21, starring Tim Minchin, Melanie C and Chris Moyles.
