You could win the chance to record with major stars
We are looking for a new musical theatre vocal talent to join established artists including Lesley Garrett, Dave Willetts and David Shannon on a CD recording of songs from the great musicals.
The Stage has teamed up with interactive music store PureSolo and recording company Silva Screen Records to find the best in new singing talent.
To enter, just download one of six professionally recorded musical theatre tracks (three for female voices, three for male), record your own vocals on top and upload to our special website before June 10.
Visitors to the website can listen to all the audition tracks and vote for their favourites until June 18. Once public voting has closed, our panel of experts will then listen to the highest rated performances to decide one winner.
The winner will be invited to a recording session to contribute lead vocals to Silva Screen’s forthcoming compilation CD, The 100 Greatest Musicals.
Runners-up prizes include credit to purchase CDs from the Silva Screen catalogue, and copies of the 100 Greatest Musicals CD once released.
