Michael Frayn is a notably chameleon writer - it's difficult to believe that the man who wrote Noises Off (now newly transferred to the West End from the Old Vic) is the same person who wrote Copenhagen, his 1998 play originally premiered at the National that revolves around quantum physics and the question as to whether uranium fission could be used to construct nuclear weapons...
