It's a sign of the popularity of all things Cuban that Havana Rakatan returns to the Peacock Theatre for a fifth month-long season. The feel good Cuban dance show was devised back in 2007 and has enjoyed successful runs at the Peacock Theatre ever since. It is an unashamedly popular mix of the dance styles of the country's multiple immigrants - from the flamenco of the Spanish conquistadors, to the African rhythms of its slave population, and on to modern-day street dance. Purists may query how accurate all of it is but few could doubt the enthusiasm or ability of its dancers...
